SCHULENBURG - The 8th Annual Schulenburg Sausage Festival kicked off this past weekend with a fun parade and then went happier from there. This annual event happened on April 1 in downtown Schulenburg. Fun filled the air as did the smell of sausage, pickles, sauerkraut, hog callin' and music.
