Fayette County Deputy Sgt. Ryan Meagher attempted to stop a 2017 silver Ford F-250 on Interstate 10 westbound near Flatonia on March 21. The vehicle was silver but the registration stated the vehicle was white.
The vehicle pulled over but as Meagher was approaching it sped off. After a lengthy pursuit into Gonzales County, the vehicle intentionally crashed into a wood line.
The vehicle had a fictitious li cense plate. A check showed the vehicle was stolen out of Brazoria County. Deputy Chase Ceder and Deputies from the Gonzales County assisted on scene.
