Fayette County Sheriff Deputy Austin Moore stopped a vehicle near Schulenburg on March 16 at 1:15 a.m. Deputy Moore found the driver to be in possession of a loaded handgun and marijuana. Stephanie Flores, 46, of Columbus was arrested.
Deputy Moore then stopped a vehicle at about 3:20 a.m. for a traffic violation near Schulen burg. Deputy Moore saw narcotics in plain view. During the stop, the driver threw drugs from the vehicle into the lane of traffic on the roadway. The driver, David Guerrera, 18, of San Antonio, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence. The passenger, Andy Aquilar,20, of San Antonio, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.
