ALLEYTON - Cavender Ford came with a crew of 11 to work construction on a Habitat for Humanity project located at 318 Canal Street in Alleyton.
The crew helped put up the joists and wrapped the house along with onstruction manager Scott Mattingly and board members Gary Chandler and Rob Katz. Cavender Ford General Manager Daniel Fraleigh said "I grew up with very little and if we can help prevent that for someone else … let’s do it!” James Cruz from the sales department added, “If I was in the same position, I would want help and I would want my family to have shelter and a stable house- hold."
Mario Montano, also from sales department brought his family of five. His wife Rachelle Montano said, “To be part of a team that can build a home for a family brings joy to us."
Habitat for Humanity builds homes to help lowincome families become homebuyers. Dona tions and volunteers are always needed.
