Heavy rains created hazardous conditions
Massive waves of rainfall prior to Easter Sunday created overflowing ditches, road closures and hydroplaning conditions of roadways. This vehicle was swept away near Flatonia after it left the roadway. The uninjured driver was located walking but could not say where his car was. Law enforcement found the vehicle in a culvert located in the 2600 block of Highway 90 near FM 1295. Photo courtesy
