HUNTSVILLE — The Schulenburg FFA Farm and Agribusiness Management team recently performed at the Area XI contest in Huntsville. The team placed third and gave them the go-ahead to State.
The Farm and Agribusiness Management event judges the team on information assimilation, critical thinking and problem solving skills that will prove necessary to manage an agri-business.
Team members, who are an all-freshman team, include Scott Bass, Gracie Burton, Shalanie Olvera and Cody Lewis.
Lewis placed eighth individually.
