The Brazos High School baseball team hasn't quite made it up to .500 for their overall record, but they can now look at the positive ac- complishment of having a winning district record of 5-4. They recently beat East Bernard 12-4 last Tuesday and hammered Hempstead at the end of March by a score of 13-3.
They also defeated Wei mar earlier in the year by a score of 7-2 and Shoemak - er a little later by a score of 7-3. \\
The Cougars have shown flashes of dominance, now it's just about demonstrating a level of consistency.
