EAGLE LAKE — Just hours after an alert went out on Marco Jacquez, 20, a Cleveland man, for the murder of the shooting death of Jesse Ray Rogers, at the Cleveland Municipal Airport on April 13, he was captured by the Eagle Lake Police.
In less than four hours after Jacquez shot a Lone Star Aviation Services employee, Eagle Lake Officer Dustin Blackburn and Sgt Benny Arriola initiated the stop of the suspects vehicle and the arrest was without incident.
