Four students placed at the 4-H Nationals in the Family, Community and Health (FCH) Quiz Bowl. Cooper Mau placed second high point individual and Cash Smith was third high point individual.
Rounding out the team and placing third overall in the nation are Harper May and McKenzie Poncik.
The quiz bowl allows the youth enrolled in 4-H projects to demonstrate a student’s self-discipline, observation, listening and making and defending decisions. It shows reasoning and critical thinking, personal skills, project knowledge and participation as a team member.
