EAGLE LAKE — Police Chief Kris Abbott reported that two Eagle Lake residents died in a home in the 1200 block of Raezer Street in Eagle Lake. The deceased were identified as Mi chael Gonzalez, 54, and Silvia
Ledezma, 51, who died from apparent gunshots.
Officer Dustin Backburn, Of - ficer Dennis Petrosky and Chief Kris Abbott also arrived on the scene to assist in the investigation. Both were pronounced dead at the scene by J.P. Billy Hefner.
Chief Abbott said the investigation continues as he is waiting for the results from the crime lab to determine the exact cause of death and circumstances of each of the deceased.
