Tri-county volleyball players were recognized for their performance on the hardwood and recently made the 2022-2023 Texas Girls Coaches Association (TGCA) Volleyball All-State Team. Making the list in Class 1A is Kynley Hurst (Fayetteville), Brooklyn Jaeger (Fayetteville), Mallory Krause (Round Top-Carmine), and Maggie Salinas (Round Top-Carmine).
Qualifers in 2A from Schulenburg are Kieryn Adams, Meredith Magliolo, and Tamara Otto. From 3A is Haiven Harris (Brazos), Ember Mandola (Columbus), Sage Thomas (Columbus), and Ally Tribe (Columbus).
Rounding out the list in 4A is Abby Aschenbeck (Bellville), Carly Lange (Bellville), and Camille Gonzalez (La Grange).
