The Bellville High School baseball team kept their season alive this past weekend by defeating Canyon Lake High School in a best of three series two games to zero.
The Brahmas won the first game 4-3 and the second game 3-1.
Bellville is led by head coach Todd Hatton and they have a solid all-around team.
They also have a star player in senior Tyler Fishbeck, who was recently selected to play in the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association (THSBCA)
All-Star Game on June 18 at Dell Diamond in Round Rock. The game will start at 10 a.m.
Bellville has a great shot at making a team appearance to Dell Diamond as well, where they also hold the state baseball championships.
There's no question that the Brahmas have the coaching staff and personnel to bring home a state title.
