GEORGETOWN - The Sealy High School baseball team was defeated by Navarro High School at East View High School in Georgetown in a two-game series by scores of 3-2 and 7-2. Sealy was able to take the lead one of the games on their very first at bat with a walk and a double to left field from senior Demarcus Thompson.
Thompson also pitched in the series. Navarro was able to come up with some big innings while holding the Tigers offense quiet to sneak by in game one, then the Panthers’ bats really showed in game two for a series victory.
