Columbus and Fayetteville still alive in baseball; Weimar only softball team

The Columbus and Fayette- ville High School baseball teams, along with the Weimar High School softball team, are still standing in the playoffs with a three-game series to play to see who makes it to state. Each has made it to the regional final round. Colum bus baseball faces off with Santa Gertrudis Academy to- day (Thursday, May 25) and the time and place is still being determined.

The Columbus and Fayette- ville High School baseball teams, along with the Weimar High School softball team, are still standing in the playoffs with a three-game series to play to see who makes it to state. Each has made it to the regional final round. Colum bus baseball faces off with Santa Gertrudis Academy to- day (Thursday, May 25) and the time and place is still being determined.

Fayetteville plays D'Hanis High School for the third-consecutive year Tuesday, May 30 at 7 p.m. at San Marcos High School with all three games scheduled to play at 7 p.m.

Weimar softball will play tonight (Thursday, May 25) vs Shiner High School at 7 p.m. with a place still being determined.

The other two games will be played Sarturday, May 27 with game one at 3 p.m. and game two at 5 p.m.
