Moonside Macaron, located at 102 W. Main St. in Eagle Lake, cut the ribbon on May 15, officially joining the Eagle Lake Chamber of Commerce. Those in attendance were, from the left, Eagle Lake Mayor Tim Kelly, chamber staff Connie Herman, chamber president Gayelynn Thomas, Colorado County JP Precinct 4 Stan Warfield, City Manager Charles “Tink” Jackson, Rod Marcotte, David Burkhalter, Ashley Tire, Joseph Torrez and Jorge Vasquez. Burkhalter and Torrez are the owners of Moonside Macaron.
