Wanted fugitive Jerome Anthony Jacobs, 28, was arrested in Richmond by US Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force members. Jacobs was wanted for the criminal charges of motor vehicle burglary and fraudulent use of debit/credit cards.
Criminal charges were filed on Jacobs in Austin County for his alleged role in a crime on W.Ueckert near FM 2502 in Austin County.
The fugitive investigation concluded when Jacobs was located in the 1700 block of Bissonnett in Richmond by an Austin County Sheriff’s Deputy assigned to the US Marshals Task Force.
Jacobs was located inside an apartment and arrested without incident.
Jacobs, a convicted felon, was found unlawfully in possession of firearms and was charged in Ft. Bend County for this offense.
