LA GRANGE — Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek reported that Christopher Deborde of Sealy was arrested on a federal arrest warrant at the La Grange Carter Motel on June 28.
The Fayette Narcotics unit received information that Deborde was armed and dangerous. While arriving on the scene, deputies saw Deborde leaving the motel on a motorcycle. Deborde attempted to evade law enforcement but abandoned his bike and attempted to run on foot.
Deborde was quickly taken down to the ground. Deputies found a pistol and several knives on his person at the time of the takedown.
Deborde was held for federal officers.
