COLORADO COUNTY — Colorado County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Troy Neisner reported that on Jan. 16, at about 2:56 a.m., Officer Zane Blaha responded to an alarm at the Sheridan Dollar General.
Surveillance video showed a male dressed in dark clothing entering the store and looking for money in the cash tills.
Investigators Andrew Weido and Justin Lindemann followed up on a lead on a suspect and arrested Manuel Lee Garza, 35, of Sheridan.
Investigator Weido interviewed Garza at the sheriff’s office and confessed to the Sheridan Dollar General burglary.
