COLUMBUS - Texas Farm Bureau Insurance of Colorado County Agency Manager James Janik donated $200 to the Colo- rado County Senior Connections - Columbus (CCSC). His donation goes toward sponsoring the July gatherings of this growing group.
Colorado County Senior Con nections meets the first and third Wednesday of each month from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Stafford Opera House in Columbus. The group is open to anyone 55 plus. Everyone gets together to play cards and dominoes, have lunch and a great game of Bingo. And it's all free thanks to generous donations such as the one given by the Texas Farm Bureau Insurance of Colorado County. Plans are in the works for field trips and educational seminars.
