Fall horticulture seminar to be held

SEALY - The Horticulture Committee of Austin County and the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service of Austin County will be hosting a Fall Horticulture Seminar on Friday, Aug. 25, at American Legion Post #442 located at 1630 Meyer St. in Sealy.

SEALY - The Horticulture Committee of Austin County and the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service of Austin County will be hosting a Fall Horticulture Seminar on Friday, Aug. 25, at American Legion Post #442 located at 1630 Meyer St. in Sealy.

Program registration will be - gin at 12:30 p.m. with the first presentation beginning at 1 p.m. Information to be covered in - cludes Berries: Blue, Black, and Red; How Native Plants Can Increase Biodiversity in Your Landscape; and Native Pollina tors.

Presenters include Stephan Janak with Texas A&M AgriL -

ife Extension Service, John Wil - liamson from the Bluebonnet Master Gardener Association, and Master Naturalists from the Gideon Lincecum Chapter. The Berries program will be extensively covered.
