Weimar softball senior pitcher Reagan Wick has earned a selection for the Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA) Softball Super Elite Team for 2022-2023. Wick is committed to Colorado State University to play softball next year after leading her team to a state championship win and the team’s third-straight state tournament appearance.
Wick is a lefty, which makes things tough for the average batter as it is, but her speed and being able to go deep in her bag for pitch selection is what makes her so great. She can blow it by you with her fast ball and can also throw you off guard with her change up. When Weimar goes back to look at their ’23 state title, they’ll remember the importance of having Wick on the mound.
