The Fayetteville High School volleyball team went on another nice run last year, but it wasn’t as nice as bringing home the state crown in 2021. Unfortunately, Fayetteville’s star player and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi volleyball commit Brooklyn Jaeger went down with an ACL injury during the heat of the postseason.
Positive news for the Lions, they’ll still have head coach Clint Jaeger, who’s picture is next to the word “winning” in the dictionary. Jaeger won a state baseball title in ’21, then followed it up with a volleyball title five months later. With Jaeger had the helm, it’s as simple as Fayetteville will dominate just as they’ve done in the recent years.
