LA GRANGE  Since 2015, the Fayette Community Foundation (FCF) has awarded $43,500 to nonprofit programs enhancing

local arts, culture, social welfare, health, conservation, and edu cation. FCF’s 2023 Community Impact Grant cycle opens Sept.1 and closes Sept. 30, accessible through its new online portal.

Beginning this year, funding priorities for the Community Impact Grant will focus on mental health and workforce development and education. Eligible nonprofits are able to apply for funding through FCF's two signature programs: The Red Door Fund for Mental Health and The Green Door Fund for Workforce Development and Education.

While funding priorities for the Community Impact Grant will focus on these newly outlined priorities, organizations with other areas of focus are invited to apply online to FCF's Donor Response Program Grant. This additional funding opportunity is available year-round for eligible nonprofits within the FCF service area.

Each quarter, FCF will share grant requests with its fundholders, inviting them to connect their philanthropic goals with the most pressing needs of our rural area. Applications to the Donor Response Program Grant are accepted any time during the year, however, organizations are only allowed to submit requests once every 12 months.

For additional details about each program’s requirements, eligibility criteria, and application portal visit www.faycofoundation.com/nonprofits or by contacting FCF Community Impact Program Director Ashleigh Parks at [email protected].
