WEIMAR — Cybersecurity Awareness is a free program to be offered by the Friends of the Weimar Public Library on Friday, Sept. 15 at 10 a.m. at the Weimar Library.
The program presenters, Michael and Michelle Koeth, will provide information and tips on malware, viruses, scams, pass- words, and firewalls among other topics.
The presenters will also take your questions in an effort to help you protect your data.
The Koeths are the owners of CompuCleanser, a computer service and repair business in Weimar.
Michael Koeth services and repairs computers and networks for individuals, businesses, and schools with a particular focus on virus and malware removal, equipment installation, and system backup solutions.
Michelle Koeth teaches technology classes and serves as the IT Specialist at St. Anthony Catholic School in Columbus. She also taught and managed the library at St. Michael Catholic School in Weimar where she and Michael set up and maintained the school’s tech infrastructure, website, and social media accounts.
The Koeths routinely provide information and help to people of all ages. They share their knowledge about cybersecurity to “… help people protect themselves and their data.”
