The Flatonia High School vol leyball team has a record just above .500 after struggling last year and it seems they have the pieces for a potential postseason run. Freshman outside hitter Katelin Sullivan has contributed in the kills and assists categories and they also have an allaround athlete in sophomore setter Summer Sodek racking up a bunch of assists.
Under first-year coach Lauren Hoffman, the team has obviously bought into Hoffman's schemes and it is expected to continue to pay off on the court. This team is a little more experienced and even have young guns producing. It wouldn't be a surprise to see Flatonia with a winning record at the end of the regular season.
