NADA — St. Mary’s Church in Nada held its annual festival on Sept. 3 in Nada.
The hot afternoon gave way to hot food, hot music and cool prizes.
As always, the food served each year is fantastic. The desserts were plentiful and the sweet tea flowed freely. The Rusty Steins out of Victoria provided music par for the crowd and the auction items lined up in shiny cellophane and pretty ribbons.
Food, fellowship and fun was the order of the afternoon and into the evening as crowds of hungry people came for the food and to help raise funds.
