LA GRANGE - The Fayette County Undercover Narcotics Unit effected a traffic stop on a vehicle in the La Grange area for a traffic violation on Sept. 6.
An investigation into the traf- fic stop found that the subjects were traveling from Austin to the La Grange area.
During the investigation, probable cause was found to conduct a search on the vehicle. Investigators located 5 ounces of meth amphetamine, a small amount of heroin, and packaging consistent with the sale of narcotics. Arrested and charged with Manufacture/Deliver of a Con trolled Substance were Ruben Davila, 41, and Andrew Vallejo, 44, both of Austin.
