Chief Deputy Troy Neisner retires from CCSO

COLUMBUS – Colorado County Judge Ty Prause read a resolution on Oct 10 during the regular commissioner's court open meeting to honor Colorado County Chief Deputy Troy Neisner, who faithfully and diligently served the citizens of Colorado County with the Colorado County Sheriff's Office with 31 years of service from Aug. 13, 1992 until Sept. 30, 2023.

COLUMBUS — Colorado County Judge Ty Prause read a resolution on Oct 10 during the regular commissioner's court open meeting to honor Colorado County Chief Deputy Troy Neisner, who faithfully and diligently served the citizens of Colorado County with the Colorado County Sheriff's Office with 31 years of service from Aug. 13, 1992 until Sept. 30, 2023.

The resolution read in part: He served with effectiveness and devotion, with honor to himself and to his position. The Colorado County Commissioner's Court wants to recognize the exemplary service of Chief Deputy Neisner for his untiring and devoted efforts to the citizens of Colorado County and to honor Troy Neisner upon the occasion of his retirement from the Colorado County Sheriff's Office. The Court commends him for his extraordinary career and applauds his courageous efforts on behalf of the citizens of Colorado County.
