Fayette County 4-H compete in Austin County Livestock Judging Contest

BELLVILLE – Fayette County 4-H members competed in the Austin County Livestock Judging Contest on Oct. 14 in Bellville.

BELLVILLE — Fayette County 4-H members competed in the Austin County Livestock Judging Contest on Oct. 14 in Bellville.

The Fayette County 4-H Junior Green Team placed fourth overall.

Team members consisted of Tate Fritsch, Adalyn Carrales, Emma Zweschper and Kinley Kutac.

Individually, Emma Zweschper was sixth high point junior.

The Fayette County 4-H Junior White Team placed sixth overall.

Team members consisted of Joe Carrales, Hudson Holub, Abigale McBride and Hayleigh Pizzitola.

Individually, Abigale McBride was third high-point junior.

The Fayette County 4-H Junior Maroon Team placed ninth overall.

Team members consisted of Meredith Carruthers, Abbigale Eichler and Rowdy Guenther.

The Fayette County 4-H Intermediate Maroon Team was the Champion Intermediate Livestock Judging Team.

Team members consisted of Abraham McBride, Crockett Guenther, Tatum Fritsch and Laramie Laake.

Individually, Abraham Mc-Bride was seventh and Crockett Guenther eighth was high point intermediate.

The Fayette County 4-H Intermediate Green Team placed Reserve Champion Intermediate Team.

Team members consisted of Dylan Zweschper, Paige Carruthers, Addison Eichler and Julia Melton.

Individually, Dylan Zweschper was 10th high point intermediate.

The Fayette County 4-H Intermediate Gold Team placed seventh overall.

Team members consisted of Holden Holub, Alexis Berckenhoff, Addison Berckenhoff and Sawyer Mau.

The Fayette County 4-H Senior Lavendar Team placed fourth overall.

Team members consisted of Harper Mau, Cooper Mau, Railey Nieto and Brealey Nieto.

Individually, Harper Mau was fourth high point senior.

Judging as an individual was Logan Poncik.

The Livestock Judging Team is coached by JoJo and Kaci Carrales.
