The Schulenburg and Columbus High School volleyball teams have earned a bid to the UIL State Volleyball tournament with it being Schulenburg’s second straight appearance and Columbus' third straight.
The tournament will be held at the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland which started Nov. 15 and continues through Nov. 18. Schulenburg played their semifinal game Nov. 15 at 5 p.m. and the Lady Cardinals play today, (Thursday, Nov. 16) at 11 a.m.
If Schulenburg advances, they will play in the championship game Friday, Nov. 17 at 3 p.m. and if Columbus wins, they'll play their final game Saturday, Nov. 18 at 11 a.m.
