DORIS GLENEWINKEL
EEA (Extension Education Association) of Austin County, which is a direct part of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, hosted an educational program during the month of November that focused on “Living Life Fearlessly”.
The program was conducted by Doris Glenewinkel of the Bleiblerville EEA Club. She shared that living your life fearlessly can truly help to reduce stress in your life. In addition, during her presentation, she demonstrated a variety of mindfulness techniques in the form of breathing exercises and muscle relaxation.
Finally, she stressed the importance of self-care and the role it plays in keeping all things aligned in your life for a healthy body.
