SCHULENBURG — It seems like it was only yesterday that Schulenburg was born. How the years fly by and the town has crept past its infancy and its teen years. Many people enjoyed its resources for livelihood and fun. Who can forget the Upstairs at the Downstairs, Wolter’s Park and the train whistle from the train tracks that started it all.
