In many parts of the U.S., the Christmas season kicks off the day after Thanksgiving.
That is especially true in the tri-county area where Christmas decorations are hung up and down the main streets by the city, strings of lights and lighted nativities spring up around homes.
Each town has its own way of bringing in the holidays with its lighted parades, tree lighting and just some good ol’ fashion fun.
This year was no exception as we celebrate the reason for the season.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
