In Texas, the wintery chill of the night or early morning is short.
On those rare times that calls for hot chocolate, this is a favorite. Serves six. At least it is supposed to serve six!
- 1.5 cups of heavy cream - 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips - 6 cups of whole milk - 1 tsp. Vanilla extract Mix all together and bring to a low boil or until chocolate chips are melted. Add mini marshmallows or a candy cane and enjoy.
