Field to Fork program set

The Field to Fork program is set for Friday, April 21 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Fayette County Ag Building in La Grange. The program will show how to harvest, process and prepare your wild game for the table. It will focus on fish and wild hog.

The Field to Fork program is set for Friday, April 21 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Fayette County Ag Building in La Grange. The program will show how to harvest, process and prepare your wild game for the table. It will focus on fish and wild hog.

The waterfowl and white-tailed program is set for Friday, Oct. 20 from 5 to 8 p.m. in Austin County at the Methodist Activity Center in Bellville.

Registration fee for the series is $70 or $40 per session. The Master of Ceremony is Larry Weishuhn, a wildlife biologist and outdoor writer. Register by going to https:// forms.office.com/r/5ubTaQGLxS.
