"We'll watch film, see what the girls did well,” said La Grange head girl’s basketball coach Heath Golan.

“Talk about the things they did and just kind of build on it. This is one of those games, hope- fully we get some confidence go ing into the second round. We got some young players. Some girls being pulled up from JV and freshmen, so they got time tonight. Hopefully that gives them a little confidence as well."

La Grange sophomore guard Kylie Trlicek has been the leader on this team all year and showed her leadership again in this event. “I just look for them to always pick me up when I’m down,” Trlicek said on the senior leadership. “I do the same for them. We all just work to get each other points and see each other on the court.”

La Grange had a 26-0 lead with time winding down in the first quarter on a bunch of steals and layups, along with shot making and a lot of those points coming from Trlicek.
