MENTZ — The St. Roch Mentz Knights of Columbus and the Catholic Daughters pulled out all the stops during its annual turkey dinner on Feb. 4 in Mentz.
The overflowing plates included turkey and dressing and other trimmings. There were too many homemade country desserts and not enough time to eat it all. The live auction was brisk and raised good money. The silent auction featured crafts and a lot of homemade goodies and canned goods.
