WEIMAR - A free program focused on legal information everyone needs will be held at the Weimar Public Library at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 20.
At this free informational forum, the audience will be presented with information on estate planning, including wills, trusts, and gifts; inheritance rules in the absence of a will; determination of heirship in the absence of a will; probate of estates; powers of attorney for financial and medical decisions if a person becomes incapacitated; and Medicaid planning to qualify for Medicaid and preserve assets from Medical Recovery Claims.
Michael Trefny, a resident of Weimar and his associate, Kevin J. Hillmer of Columbus, have an office in Columbus.
Trefny has 37 years of experience. His presentation will focus on general information to guide the audience through the specifics of planning for their future.
