This was the year for the UIL Realignment, where they decide which schools should be in each district and region.
For 1A basketball, Fayetteville and Round Top-Carmine High Schools are in Region 4 District 29 with Buckholts, Calvert, Dime Box, North Zulch and Richards.
In volleyball, they are in the same region, but instead are in District 28 with Prairie Lea and Waelder.
In 2A, Division I football, Schulenburg, Weimar and Flatonia are in Region 4 District 15 with Bloomington, Danbury, Ganado and Kennedy.
In basketball, they are in the same region, but District 28 with Bloomington, Ganado, Louise and Shiner.
In volleyball, they are District 27 with Ganado, Louise and Shiner.
At 3A Division I football stands Columbus in Region 3 District 12 with Hallettsville, Hempstead, Hitchcock and Yoakum.
In 3A Division II football is Rice and Brazos boxed in Region 4 District 14 with Boling, East Bernard, El Maton Tidehaven, Van Vleck and Vanderbilt Industrial.
When it comes to basketball, Rice and Columbus are Region 4 District 25 with Edna, El Maton Tidehaven, Hallettsville, Palacios, Vanderbilt Industrial and Yoakum, while Brazos is Region 3 District 24 with Boling, East Bernard, H. Harmony School of Discovery, Hempstead, Hitchcock and Van Vleck.
In 3A volleyball, it’s the exact same outlook as basketball.
For 4A Division II football, La Grange, Bellville and Sealy are in Region 3 District 11 with Caldwell, Giddings and Madisonville.
For basketball, these schools are in the same region except Sealy is District 21 with Fort Bend Crawford, Fort Bend Willowridge, Harmony School of Innovation, Houston Harmony School Advancement, Katy Harmony, Royal and Stafford.
La Grange and Bellville are in District 22 with Caldwell, Giddings, Navasota and Smithville.
In 4A volleyball, the set up is the same as basketball.
