Columbus High School football players Ty’Vone Whitehead and Jayden Trapp have recently signed college football commitments to to play at the same school, Texas A&M University- Kingsville.

Whitehead is a shifty running back who has division one poten- tial and qualified for state track last year. He works very well with his feet and really knows how to shake the defense in open space.

Trapp has great size at offensive line and is a Swiss-army knife when it comes to football, meaning he can play many different positions and contribute in all kinds of fashions. Columbus football always has athletes, size, and guys who want and know how to win and are prepared for the next level more often than not. Whitehead and Trapp are two great examples of what it takes to play at the college level.
