AUSTIN COUNTY - The Horticulture Committee of Austin County are volunteers who serve Austin County in support of horticulture education for adults. Their mission is to provide educational programs and information and to promote the improvement of horticultural practices in Austin and surrounding counties. They are generously providing funds to support the 2024 Horticulture Committee of Austin County Scholarship up to the amount of $1,000. This scholarship is being offered to eligible recipients of Austin County. Applicants must be a May 2024 High School Graduate from a high school in Austin County or currently enrolled in college but graduated from a high school in Austin County. Open to public, private, or home school students provid - ed they can produce an official transcript. College students must provide proof of graduation from Austin County School.
