Increase your chances for success by creating a team of eight and joining your teammates as they walk towards a healthier lifestyle. Walk Across Texas! is life-changing. By completing the eight-week program, you will feel better, lower your stress level, and get all the additional benefits of regular physical activity, not to mention
creating long-standing, healthy habits of physical activity.
A weekly newsletter with health/nutritional information will be sent out to all WAT members states Garrett. There is no cost for this exercise program, and you can sign up online. Challenge your friends, family members, and/or co-workers to sign up. Other forms of physical activity can also be counted on your weekly activity log.
