COLUMBUS — The Colo- rado County Hazard Mitigation Plan was viewed by city and county officials on March 7, at the EMS training room in Columbus.
Open to the public, only a few non-government persons showed up for the update on the plan.
Headed by Gabriel Rojas of Rojas Planning and Patty Swords, program coordinator of Langford Community Management Services, are developing plans to help counties and all jurisdictions prepare for emergencies and protect all residents and their property. The public is encouraged to visit tiny.cc/colo radohmp to participate in a public survey.
