WEIMAR — the Friends of the Weimar Public Library will present its 3rd Annual Poetry Open Mic Night tonight (Thursday, April 25) at 6:30 p.m. at the City Gazebo in Weimar.
Come out and join us in a truly unique experience for our community. Through the readings of others, you will be introduced to a wide variety of emotions as you laugh and, yes, sometimes cry with presenters.
Come to listen or come to read. All are welcome.
You will be introduced to a variety of presenters (old and young), various themes, and a broad spectrum of emotional responses.
This year, original poems can be entered into an Anthology book. You may register your poem with your name, phone number and email address at library@ weimartexas.org.
