WEIMAR — A free program on the benefits of and the reasons for owning real estate will be held at the Weimar Public Library at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 17.
At this free informational forum, attendees will learn about real estate ownership and invest- ing, including tax advantages, types of real estate, reasons for owning real estate, and ways to purchase real estate.
Gary Helmcamp, a Weimar resident, will provide the audience with the basics of real estate.
This program is not a solicitation for real estate services but to provide information on various general real estate questions.
