SEALY— Recently, Sealy Police Department attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation on Highway 36 in Sealy.
The driver, Weston Starks, of Bellville, failed to stop and was pursued by Sealy PD units until Starks crashed through a fence in the 7500 Block of Farm-to-M arket Road 1093.
Starks was charged with felony evading arrest with a motor vehicle, two felony warrants for theft of property, driving while license suspended, possession of marijuana, and two Sealy Municipal Court Traffic warrants.
