Cardinals baseball’s strong season came to a close last weekend as they were defeated by London High School in a three game series by a score of 13-4 in the first game and 3-0 in the second game.

It was a great season for Columbus as they posted a record

of 25-10 overall and 12-2 in dis trict play.

First-year head coach Kyle Bludau seems to have things under control with tons of talent on both sides of the ball.

Columbus possesses players such as Trevor Berger, Kaleb Kuhn, and many others. Berger and Kuhn will be graduating this year, but Columbus has been so good in recent years that they will more than likely develop the younger talent they already have.

A state tournament birth is very attainable for this team with tons of talent and knowing what it takes to win.
