The Colorado County Fair is seeking participants, girls ages 15 through 18, for the 2024 Queen Scholarship pageant to be held on Saturday, Sept. 7 at 7 p.m. at the Founders Hall at the Colorado County Fairgrounds in Columbus.

The contestant or parent is encouraged to attend an informational meeting at the fair- grounds office on Tuesday, June 25 or Wednesday, June 26 from 4 to 6 p.m. for sign-up, information, and season passes to sell. If unable to attend, contact either Christy Alonso at 979-942-0902 or Shannan Gerik at 979-7320865 to get the information packet before the deadline.
The deadline to enter the pageant is Wednesday, July 10.
The Little Miss/Mister and Junior Miss pageants begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by the Junior Fair Queen pageant and the Fair Queen pageant.
The 2024 Membership Queen will be crowned at the fair opening ceremonies at 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12 at the Colorado County Fairgrounds.
