Mr. Lambert brings a distinguished background from varying positions at Rural Electric Cooperatives within the state of Texas as well as his most recent work in conducting several research and marketing projects with the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. His experience, knowledge, education, and upbringing in the state of Texas make him ideally suited to lead FEC into its next phase of growth and service excellence.
