BELLVILLE — Andrea Cardenas takes the oath of office as the new Austin County Clerk.
She has worked in the clerk's office for over eight years and has been the chief deputy for five years.
It is noted that her experience working with individuals on a daily basis and handling administrative and management functions in her department makes her a true asset to the county.
